Torment Required [edit | edit source]
Torment 1 and higher enables the following. Meet the Torment-only commodity for a much more detailed list of the following.

Deaths Breath are required for most crafting, enchanting, and Kanai's Cube recipes. They became a much more valuable article in Patch ii.3, when the number of DBs was increased for most recipes, and Kanai's Cube was added to the game.
Blizzard provided the drop rates for Deaths Breaths when complaints about their infrequency were voiced soon afterward the launch of Reaper of Souls.
